pinax-models 2.0 Released

Originally named django-logicaldelete, Patrick Altman donated this app to the Pinax ecosystem becoming a part of a new utility app called pinax-models.

This is the initial release and consists of just porting django-logicaldelete into an app that will be a container for other model utilities we find useful.
