pinax-eventlog 1.0.0 Released

We renamed Eldarion's eventlog to pinax-eventlog when Eldarion donated the app to Pinax. This is it's initial release.

This release just marks the donation to Pinax by renaming to pinax-eventlog and adding it to the pinax.* namespace.
